Shepherd the Way is being conducted in eight phases:
- Marketing Phase
- Strategic Gift Phase ($25,000 or more)
- Leadership Gift Phase ($10,000 to $24,999)
- Major Gift Phase ($5,000 to $9,999)
- Benefactor Gift Phase ($2,500 to $4,999)
- Board of Directors Phase
- Faculty/Staff Phase
- the General Gift Phase

Campaign Phases and Timeline
The Marketing Phase, Board Phase, Strategic, Leadership and Major Gift Phases have already been launched with the remaining phases to be initiated from October 2008 to February 2009. The timeline for each, and the members of the Faithful Shepherd community who have so graciously volunteered to lead each phase, are listed below.
